Commis Chef

Food Preparation and Basic Cooking under the Supervision of a CDP / Section Chef

CDP (Chef De Partie)

Oversee a kitchen section. Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes. Helping the Sous and Head Chef to develop new dishes or menus. Monitor Portion and Waste Control.

Sous Chef

Ensuring that the kitchen maintains high culinary standards. Maintaining storage. Maintaining a safe and hygienic environment. Helping to create new recipes and write menus.

Head Chef

Overall responsibilities for daily operations in the kitchen. Purchasing food orders with suppliers. Maintaining and raising profit margins on food. Producing menus and new dishes. Managing, training and recruiting a brigade of Chefs.

Bar Staff

Preparing and serving drinks for the bar and it’s customers, taking orders, serving snacks.

Catering Manager

Manage catering staff, plan menus, take responsibility for meeting customer expectations and ensure food and hygiene standards are met.

Bar Manager

Manage bar staff, take responsibility for meeting customer expectations and ensure beverage and hygiene standards are met.

Front Of House Staff

Greet and seat customers, supervise waiting/bar staff and ensure food/drink and hygiene standards are met.

Kitchen Porter

Provide assistance to chefs and other kitchen staff, as required. Duties also include cleaning and maintaining kitchen area and equipment as well as maintaining food storage areas.

Kitchen Assistant

Provide assistance to chefs and other kitchen staff, as required. Duties also include cleaning and maintaining kitchen area and equipment as well as maintaining food storage areas.

SIA Badged Staff

Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees,  deter antisocial behaviour, theft and criminal activity and deal with incidents safely as they arise.

Festival/Events Staff

Experienced, supervised staff teams with a range of skills to carry out tasks such as food preperation, serving customers, cleaning & maintenance and more.
